We started WADR in a basement as teenagers because every pre-workout we tried was either underdosed, hiding ingredients behind a proprietary blend, or just made us feel terrible.

So we started making our own. Honey, pickle juice, whatever we could find. Up until 3am some nights just trying to get a halfway decent workout.
