Refund policy

WADR accepts returns of unopened and unused tubs within 30 days of delivery. Products must be sealed and in their original condition.

Because WADR sells consumable supplements, opened products cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, email wadrsupps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact wadrsupps@gmail.com promptly with the order number and photos so WADR can make it right.
